site.btaPlovdiv Fair Awards Gold Medals for Innovative Products
Fourteen exhibitors at the International Technical Fair of Plovdiv received gold medals and innovative product certificates on Friday. The winners were selected by a jury chaired by Evgeni Simeonov, President of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance (SAMTS), and also comprising Plovdiv International Fair Director General Ivan Sokolov and SAMTS experts.
Sofia-based CERB Group won two gold medals, one for a system for remote energy monitoring and management of micronetworks, and the other for a powerful hybrid charging station for electric vehicles with a photovoltaic solar power system and batteries. Limex Trading, Sofia, was honoured for its robotic lawn mower, and Bulauto, Sofia, was awarded for an electric bus.
The other winners are: Griffon (eco ski boots from a recycled material); StratoBUILD, Plovdiv (a domed prefab house); Future House, Sofia (a roofing system); Log Homes Pro, Stara Zagora (a glued log house); Nadezh - Nordex Waste Management, Haskovo (a glass-and-polymer plate); Smart Energy Group, Sofia (a smart solar cell); Ingconsult, Varna (a chain hoist); Z&M Private, Sofia (a front-end loader); Pipni (smart mailboxes for home or business use); and SOR Libchavy, Czechia (a low-floor trolleybus).
The business programme of the 77th International Technical Fair of Plovdiv will continue on Saturday at Plovdiv Hall of the Congress Centre, which will host the first national conference on environment-friendly and innovative construction in Bulgaria.
