Photographer Mariyan Tomoff has gathered the different beautiful faces of motherhood in the exhibition "Youth gives birth to the future", which will be opened on March 6, shortly before International Women's Day, March 8, at 6:30 pm at the Pressphoto Club in Sofia. The exposition includes 45 photos, which capture the most tender moments and the charm of pregnancy and the first moments of new life and is a message to young people to find meaning in family and the joy of parenthood, Tomoff told BTA.

Its aim is to raise public awareness about the family and the challenges associated with childbearing, while encouraging young people not to hesitate to become parents.

The photos were inspired by women willing to preserve a unique moment of their pregnancy.

The portraits are of mothers-to-be who have different professions and different stories, but what they all have in common is beauty, and each of them carries a unique story, dreams and hopes, Tomoff said. The exhibition also includes photographs of newborn babies who are between 5 and 15 days old. Their photographs seem to be part of a fairytale plot that continues the story told by the photos of the mothers-to-be, the photographer explained.

The exhibition is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and is part of a comprehensive project aimed at young people.
