Exiting truck traffic is heavy at some of the border crossing checkpoints along the border with Romania, Turkiye, and Greece on Wednesday morning, Border Police said.

On the border with Romania, traffic is heavy at the checkpoints Kardam, Oryahovo, and Durankulak. Repair works on the bridge at the Ruse border crossing are taking place until June 14. A temporary traffic organization has been introduced. The repair works are carried out during daylight hours. Traffic is in one lane only with a through traffic regime and is regulated by traffic signs and signals.

On the border with Turkiye, traffic is heavy at the  Kapitan Andreevo and Lesovo checkpoints.

On the border with Greece, traffic is heavy at the Kulata border crossing. Only cars and vans can pass through the border crossing points Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad.

Traffic is normal at all border crossing points along the border with Serbia. At Kalotina, construction works are being carried out, which require temporary narrowing of the lanes and reorganization of the traffic of the vehicles passing through.

At the border with North Macedonia, traffic is normal at all border crossing points.
