Four of the inspected tour operators were found to be missing vouchers issued to passengers, and the missing documents will be requested to be submitted to the Consumer Protection Commission. Two of the buses carrying passengers were found to be without certificates for carrying out tour operator activities. A check has been carried out in the National Tourist Register of two persons who have permits to work as tour guides.
