GERB Floor Leader Desislava Atanasova and Movement for Rights and Freedoms Floor Leader Delyan Peevski, who supported the proposal to withdraw Lukoil's derogation from the EU's ban on supplies and processing of Russian oil for three days, have been invited to participate in the extraordinary meeting of the Security Council of the Council of Ministers on November 16, the press service of the Council of Ministers said on Tuesday.
