A screening of a documentary film, dedicated to the 800th anniversary of the founding of St. Michael the Archangel Church near the village of Ivanovo, Ruse, on the Danube, and a conversation with author Dr. Alexander Stoykov took place at the Bulgarian Cultural Institute (BCI) in Budapest, Hungary, it became clear from a post on the BCI's Facebook page, where photos from the event were also shared.

The organizers of the screening were the Bulgarian Cultural Institute and the Bulgarian self-government in Józsefváros.

The Cultural Institute earlier shared the following information about the 54-minute documentary:

The film was made in honour of the 800th anniversary of the founding of Ivanovo Rock Monastery and in memory of the restorers Boryana and Blagoy Dzidzhanov. The authors of the film are iconographer Dr Alexander Stoykov and cinematographer Nikolay Lazarov. The story is presented by Prof. Plamen Pavlov, Prof. Nikolay Nenov, Assoc. Prof. Kosta Hadzhiev, Ablena Mazakova.
