An exhibition titled, "Solidarity with Ukraine! The Horror of War against Ukraine in Pictures and Child Drawings" was unveiled during Friday's Winning the Peace in Ukraine international conference. The exhibition was opened by Mila Serafimova, Manager of the Media and Communications Programme of Sofia Security Forum, which organized the forum together with the US Embassy in Bulgaria.

In her address, Serafimova said that the exhibition was organized because above all, solidarity means actions. "We know the famous saying that a picture is worth a thousand words. We also know that actions speak louder than images," she noted. Preparing the exhibition involved going through hundreds of images from the war, from its very beginning to the recent days. The idea is to digitalize the exhibition and present it in other Bulgarian cities, she added.

Friday's conference focused on the prospects for peace in Ukraine, the strategies and ways to achieve security in the Black Sea Region, the role of NATO and the EU, and the future of the European security architecture.
