site.btaBulgaria's Top Diplomat Gabriel Arrives in Kyiv for EU Foreign Ministers' Meeting

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mariya Gabriel is in Kyiv, where she will take part in the EU foreign ministers' meeting. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell announced the meeting on social media, describing it as "historic" and an expression of "solidarity" with Ukraine. 

"I am convening today the EU Foreign Ministers in Kyiv, for the first ever meeting of all 27 Member States outside the EU," Borrell wrote.

"Ukraine's future is in the EU," he added.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba welcomed the first meeting of his European counterparts in Kyiv.
