The government's plan is for Bulgaria to receive a second payment under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan by the end of 2023, Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov told journalists after attending the 4th Sofia Economic Forum on Tuesday. The payment can be requested by the end of September, Denkov added.
