site.btaDeputy Prosecutor General Geshev Confers with FBI Deputy Director Bowdich

March 15 (BTA) - Bulgarian Deputy Prosecutor
General Ivan Geshev, who is paying an official visit to the US,
conferred in Washington with Federal Bureau of Investigation
Deputy Director David L. Bowdich, the Bulgarian prosecution
service said in a press release on Friday. The two discussed the
 fight against terrorism and cooperation between their
countries' law enforcement authorities.

Geshev's delegation includes State Agency for National Security
Deputy Chair Nedyalko Nedyalkov.

The Deputy Prosecutor General is scheduled to have working
meetings at the Department of Justice, the US National
Counterterrorism Center in Washington, D.C., and with federal
prosecutors in New York dealing with counterterrorism. RY/LG
