April 1 (BTA) - The registration of parties and coalitions taking part in the May 26 elections for Bulgarian members of the European Parliament starts at 9 a.m. on April 5, the Central Election Commission (CEC) said. A decision is to be made on the registration of nomination committees.

The registration of parties and coalition is to end on April 10, and of nomination committees, on April 15. The election campaign starts on April 26.

CEC said also that with a decision passed on March 31 it has approved 100 election stationery documents for conducting the elections. The approved documents are to be promulgated in the State Gazette on April 2. IG/ZH
