At a meeting of the GERB-UDF parliamentary group, Kostadin Angelov was elected Deputy Floor Leader, said National Assembly Chair Nataliya Kiselova from the parliamentary rostrum on Wednesday. Previously, the position was held by Temenuzhka Petkova, who was elected Minister of Finance in the Zhelyazkov Cabinet.

Dragomir Stoynev heads the BSP-United Left parliamentary group, and the list of his deputies in the group includes Maya Dimitrova. The previous floor leader Atanas Zafirov and deputy floor leader Borislav Gutsanov also became part of the executive branch
