Cloudy during the night. Precipitation of snow in most places, rain and snow in some places. Northerly wind over Eastern Bulgaria. Lows: between minus 2C and 3C, about minus 1C in Sofia.

Rain and snowfall will continue in some places during the day but the clouds will scatter over the most of the country by the evening. Light to moderate northwesterly wind will blow. Highs: between 3C and 8C, in the most north and southwest regions about 10C, in Sofia about 5C. 

The Black Sea coast: Cloudy with snow and rain. Clouds to scatter by the evening. Moderate to strong northerly wind. Highs: 5C-6C. Seawater temperature: 9C-10C. Sea waves: 3-4 degrees Douglas, to the south of Burgas up to 5 degrees Douglas. 

The mountains: Cloudy with snow and rain, clouds to scatter, precipitation will stop. Moderate to strong northerly wind. Highs: at 1,200 metres about minus 2C, at 2,000 metres about minus 9C.
