site.btaCyber Attack Disrupts Information System of Supreme Administrative Court and Administrative Courts
A cyber attack stopped the work of the information systems of the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) and the administrative courts, as well as the SAC website, the press centre of the SAC said.
The attack took place between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m. on January 27. A crisis task force has been set up, which is actively working on the problem, together with cyber security teams of the General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime, and all institutions relevant to the case have been notified.
The crisis task force is also coordinating with the 28 administrative courts in the country.
On December 13, Caretaker e-Government Minister Valentin Mundrov said that his ministry is starting to build a national cyber security architecture in Bulgaria for administrative authorities and public service operators.
