Radostin Vasilev, Chairman of Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh), Friday said: "If Bulgaria does not meet the requirements, it will not join the eurozone." He added: "We will enter the eurozone when we are ready. This is the party's position on eurozone membership."

"It will take a year to get the real picture of public finance, but Temenuzhka Petkova must not be Finance Minister, I don't trust her," said Vasilev, who is also MECh Floor Leader. "We will wait until there is a normal finance minister and the country is on a normal track."
