Sofia, March 15 (BTA) - Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has cabled condolences to his New Zealand counterpart Jacinda Ardern in connection with the terrorist acts in Christchurch, the Government Information Service said Friday.
"On behalf of the Bulgarian government and myself, I offer my deepest condolences to you and the New Zealand people. We sympathize with the pain of the victims' families and the injured," Borissov writes. "Bulgaria firmly condemns this terrifying attack against innocent people."
Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva offered condolences to her New Zealand counterpart Winston Peters. "I am shocked by the news of the terrifying events in Christchurch. We firmly condemn the terrorist attacks. In this difficult moment our thoughts are with the people of New Zealand," Zaharieva writes.
