The ruling parties have allocated the chair and deputy chair seats, the opposition parties are faced with a fait accompli, Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) Co-Floor Leader Nikolay Denkov told journalists in Parliament on Wednesday, commenting on the formation of the regular parliamentary committees. 

He added that the parties in opposition can only allocate "what is left of the deputy chair seats". "The idea is obvious - full control over the government and its activities should be exercised by the parties that are in Government," he said.
