Baku, April 28 (BTA) - Bulgaria won the group event at three hoops and two pairs of clubs at the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku on Sunday.
This was the second medal for Bulgaria after Saturday's bronze at the group all-around.
Coach Vessela Dimitrova's ensemble, comprising Simona Dyankova, Stefani Kiryakova, Madlen Radoukanova, Erika Zafirova and Laura Traets, gave a solid performance on Sunday and earned 25.550 points (difficulty: 16.9; execution: 8.650), which proved enough for them to grab the gold.
In the five-balls finals, the Bulgarian ensemble placed fourth on 23.950 points. LN/VE
