Two hundred and fifteen municipalities in Bulgaria will be under the scope of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas, caretaker Agriculture Minister Yavor Gechev said during the Annual Meeting of Bulgarian Municipalities, held in the resort of Albena, on the Black Sea coast.
