Coalition Cabinet Lineup to Be Unveiled Wednesday, United Patriots to Have Deputy Prime Minister

Sofia, May 2 (BTA) - The lineup of Bulgaria's next coalition cabinet will be made public on Wednesday and Parliament will take a vote on it on Thursday, United Patriots Co-chairman Krassimir Karakachanov told reporters here on Tuesday after his entity conferred with GERB at the latter party's headquarters.

He specified that the coalition partners had agreed on the portfolio holders and only deputy ministers remain to be picked.

The United Patriots will hold one deputy prime minister's position, Karakachanov confirmed. He added that "there will be surprises in the government" because the lists circulated in the media over the last fortnight have been "rather frivolous".
