Plamen Dimitrov Re-elected President of Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria

Sofia, May 3 (BTA) - Plamen Dimitrov has been re-elected President of the influential Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB) for another five-year term at the organization's eighth congress, the trade union said in a press release. CITUB Vice Presidents will be Ivan Kokalov, Plamen Nankov and Chavdar Hristov.

Dimitrov was elected CITUB President in 2010. He is also a member of the governing body of the International Labour Organization and member of the Executive Committee of the European Confederation of Trade Unions, the European Economic and Social Committee, and of the Pan-European Regional Council of the International Trade Union Confederation.
