BTA General Director Maxim Minchev and Emirates News Agency
Executive Director Mohamed Jalal Alrayssi signed a memorandum of
 understanding at the World Government Summit here on Monday.
The memorandum will provide for cooperation in the exchange of
news, photographs and videos between the two media. RY/TH
