At an official ceremony here on Tuesday, President Rumen Radev will present the researchers from the 32nd Bulgarian Antarctic Expedition with the national flag, the head of State's press secretariat said. 

The researchers will head to the Bulgarian Antarctic base on Livingston Island via Ushuaia, Argentina, where they will board the Bulgarian military research vessel Sv. Sv. Kiril i Metodii (RSV 421). The ship, which left Varna (on the Black Sea) on November 8, is expected at the port of Ushuaia after December 17, according to information provided by RSV 421's commanding officer, Nikolay Danailov.
