The Bulgarian Embassy in Mexico, together with the Mexican Foreign Trade Council, organized a webinar on November 14 to present the conditions and opportunities for business and investment between Bulgaria and Mexico, the Bulgarian diplomatic mission in Mexico said on its website. 

The Bulgarian side was presented by the Investment Agency, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Agency. Representatives from the Innovation and Growth Ministry and the Economy and Industry Ministry were also present, the Embassy said.

The current economic situation in Mexico and the opportunities in the local market were presented by Dr. Luz Maria de la Mora, expert economist and Director of Economic Diplomacy at the Mexican Foreign Ministry. The event brought together over 60 business representatives from both countries. The initiative aimed to present information and data on the current economic and investment situation in Bulgaria and Mexico, advantages of the markets of both countries, and to create business links and boost the development of bilateral trade and economic relations, the diplomatic mission added.
