Due to snowfall and bad weather conditions on Monday evening, the main road to Drama, Greece was closed for trucks over 3.5 tonnes and buses, according to the website of Border Police.

Construction works are being carried out on the Rudozem - Xanthi road on the Greek side. The Greek authorities have posted signs indicating that the area is a construction site and no outsiders are allowed.

Only cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes are allowed to pass through the border crossings in the area of Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad.

Traffic is normal at all checkpoints on the border with North Macedonia.

Traffic is normal at all border crossing points with Serbia. 

On the border with Turkiye, traffic is normal at all border crossing points. Temporarily, the crossing at Malko Tarnovo will be carried out via one route due to the reconstruction of the checkpoint. 

On the border with Romania, the overhaul of the Bulgarian section of the Danube Bridge at Ruse has resumed, and a temporary traffic organization has been introduced via a single lane.
