The negotiations with the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms continue on Tuesday, Rosen Zhelyazkov of GERB-UDF told journalists. Their progress will determine whether or not he will present a list of ministerial nominees to President Rumen Radev upon receiving a government-forming mandate on Wednesday, Zhelyazkov specified.

"Until everything is decided, nothing is decided. The speculations will continue until tomorrow [Wednesday], when we will go to receive the exploratory mandate. Whether we will bring with us a file with names depends on the way in which the negotiations with the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms will continue and end today [Tuesday]," he told reporters. He did not reply to the question whether the Alliance has demands for ministries.

The negotiations on a coalition agreement are held in a trilateral format between GERB-UDF, BSP - United Left, and There Is Such a People, and support is sought from the Democracy, Rights and Freedoms - DRF parliamentary group, which run in the elections as Alliance for Rights and Freedoms.

Zhelyazkov said that the trilateral agreement is ready to be signed, and that will determine whether the necessary majority for a government will be achieved. The names of the ministerial nominees have been specified, and only the support has to be agreed upon. "There is no point in entering the plenary hall and not receiving the necessary support," he added.

On Wednesday,  the head of State will hand an exploratory mandate for the formation of a regular government to the prime minister - designate of the largest parliamentary group in the 51st National Assembly, which is GERB-UDF.
