The seasonally adjusted volume of retail trade increased by 0.2% in the EU in July 2024 compared with the previous month, according to estimates published by Eurostat on Thursday. In Bulgaria, the month-on-month increase amounted to 1.2%.
In July 2024, compared to the like month of 2023, Bulgaria's retail trade volume increased by 6.8%.
Bulgaria ranks third in EU in terms of retail trade volume increase for the period.
