The National Social Security Institute (NSSI) announced on Monday that it has launched a Single Portal for Electronic Services (SPES) which integrates the existing NSSI platforms and web applications for administrative services concerning social benefits, allowances, pensions and claims.

The integrated portal is now accessible through the NSSI website. It is integrated with the centralized systems for e-authentication and for secure electronic delivery, maintained by the Electronic Governance Ministry.

The portal provides a single entry point for access to administrative services via main means of electronic identification: the Personal Identification Code (PIC) of the National Social Security Institute, the PIC of the National Revenue Agency and all types of e-signature.

The system enables insured persons, self-insured persons and insurers to request a wide range of electronic services, organized in a comprehensive catalogue of services, by logging in from a single location.

After logging in and successful authentication, the user gains access to the so-called Electronic Social Security File with its three components: Electronic Social Security File for Pension, Electronic Social Security File for Insured and Self-Insured Persons and Electronic Social Security File for Insurers.
