The average national contributory income for January 2024 was BGN 1,592.01, Bulgaria's National Social Security Institute announced on Wednesday. The average monthly national contributory income for the period from January 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024 was BGN 1,462.51.

This average monthly national contributory income is used to calculate the size of pensions granted in February 2024.

The average national contributory income for December 2023 was BGN 1,575.02
