At its regular meeting on Wednesday, the Cabinet amended and supplemented its Order No. 2 of 2023, increasing by 100% the amount of the profit for 2022 that the State-owned National Electric Company (NEK) EAD must distribute to its parent Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) EAD.
According to the same revisions, NEK will not distribute dividends for the financial year 2023.
