Minister of Labour and Social Policy Ivanka Shalapatova, University of Telecommunications and Post (UTP) Rector Prof. Dr. Miglena Temelkova and Huawei Technologies Bulgaria CEO Terry Li signed a memorandum of cooperation to provide training to unemployed persons in information and communication technologies (ICT) knowledge and skills, as well as to support and promote workforce development in the ICT industry, said the Ministry on its website.
