site.btaSocial Responsibility and Inclusive Employment Forum Begins in Sofia 

A national forum of socially responsible employers, titled Socially Responsible Business and Inclusive Employment, starts at Expo Sofia Hotel, the National Association of Socially Responsible Employers - the organizer of the meeting - said. 

The event will discuss best practices, useful suggestions and solutions to ensure better conditions, support for successful business, development of corporate social responsibility, social economy and inclusive employment for people with disabilities in Bulgaria. 

Representatives of the National Assembly, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, the management of the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency and the Economic and Social Council, socially responsible employers from the corporate world, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, social enterprises and others are invited to participate in the forum.

The agenda includes discussions in several fields, including building sustainable policies in the field of corporate social responsibility, social economy and inclusive employment for people with disabilities, practical aspects, best practices and solutions from Bulgaria and Europe. 

There will also be workshop on "The Social Pillar of Sustainability. Systems for Accounting for the Social Component" with the presenter Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marina Stefanova, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University "St. Head of the Master's Program "Responsible and Sustainable Development" and ESG Academy.

The Forum is supported by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, within the framework of the Business Development, Innovations and SMEs in Bulgaria Programme under a project for building a socially responsible business environment, conducted in partnership with CSR Innovative Solutions.
