The National Real Estate Association (NREA), a branch structure of professionals in the field of real estate, organized the ninth annual Inspire to Higher National Conference. This year's edition is titled "New Action Plan for the Real Estate Market", said NREA.

The event will take place at the Burgas International Congress Center. The conference will be on the occasion of the official holiday of professional brokers, which is celebrated every year on October 30.

Representatives of all segments related to real estate in the country, interested parties, partner industry organizations, representatives of state and local institutions, journalists and media partners will participate in the forum.

In the first panel, the focus will be on macroeconomic topics, geopolitical changes and the new model of thinking and acting for real estate, with emphasis on climate, crises, demographics, interest rates, the Eurozone and the implications and expectations for the real estate industry.

In the second discussion panel, experts from various fields related to real estate will talk about what the modern city and the modern home should look like, they will talk about the energy efficiency of the properties and how everything is changing - from trends to market values.

In the framework of the afternoon seminar sessions, conference guests will be able to participate in the seminars: "Rules of the Game: How to succeed when it is difficult and too competitive?", "The present future and the good guest AI (artificial intelligence) in life and business" , "How to create successful youtube property video presentations?".

The event will be attended by members of NREA, managers and owners of real estate companies from the country, specialists and investors in the field of real estate, experts from related branches and business organizations related to the real estate industry.
