Chinese omni-channel retailer Ochama announced the expansion of its home delivery service into 19 European countries, including Bulgaria. In a post on its corporate blog Wednesday, the company said that it aims to strengthen its European presence and continue its commitment to making shopping more accessible.

Ochama was launched in the Netherlands in January 2022. It uses a retail model that merges online and offline shopping: a buyer places an online order and chooses between home delivery or collecting from a pick-up point.

The 19 new countries where ochama sets foot are Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

All orders will be packed at ochama’s automated warehouse in the Netherlands before being delivered.
