site.btaBulgargaz Proposes Over 50% Higher Natural Gas Price in December from October

Bulgargaz has proposed that the natural gas price for December be BGN 92.19 MWh (excluding access, transmission, excise and VAT), the company said. 

The proposed price has been calculated based on the TTF gas hub prices by October 16 and is by 10% lower than the projected prices on European gas hubs in December.

The Energy and water Regulatory Commission approved a natural 

gas price of BGN 60.41/MWh (excluding access, transmission, excise and VAT). This means that the proposed price for December is by 52.61% higher than in October.

The final proposal for the price of natural gas in December will be submitted to the regulator on December 1.
