site.btaGovernment Okays New Exploratory Wells in Galata Natgas Field

Meeting on Thursday, Bulgaria's Council of Ministers authorized Petroceltic Bulgaria EOOD and Luxembourg-based Petroceltic SARL as holder of a natural gas extraction concession for the Galata Natural Gas Field in the Black Sea continental shelf to use the ships GSP SA TURN and GSP LICORN for transportation, hydraulic engineering and underwater engineering works in order to drill an exploratory well within the boundaries of the field's concession area, the Government Information Service said.

The authorization is valid for six months reckoned from the date of the adoption of the Council of Ministers decision.
