Nikolay Naydenov was appointed Deputy Regional Development Minister, the government information service said on Tuesday.

Naydenov is a long-time lecturer in Cartography and Geographic Information Systems at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG). He has extensive professional experience in investment design and spatial planning. He is a geodesic engineer by education with a PhD in Cartography at UACEG.
