The third edition of the national culinary forum Evolution of Taste will be hosted by Stara Zagora on February 8 and 9, the organizers of Chef's Secrets – Evolution of Taste said at a press conference on Wednesday. The forum will be co-organized by the Municipality of Stara Zagora.

The attraction this year is the new Chef's Food Park.

Iva Duhteva, representative of Stara Zagora Municipality, said: "This is turning into a highly sought after and extremely nice event for the third year in a row, not only for Stara Zagora but also on a national level. Every year it builds up, it becomes better, nicer and more interesting." She shared that while tickets for the first day of the event sold out very fast, the second day offers free admission.

The head of Chefs Club Bulgaria, Toni Ivanov, said that chefs from across the country will pamper residents and visitors of Stara Zagora with original culinary products at affordable prices and with a guaranteed origin.

The head of the Bulgarian Association of Culinary Culture, Petar Yorgov, reported that the forum will see participation from 149 teachers and 99 students who study hospitality and catering, pastry, culinary and bakery.

Seventeen chefs including Zhoro Ivanov, Veselin Kalev, Nikolay Petev, and Antonio Ivanov will perform a show for an audience of 550 people. For the first time there will be international participation with chefs from Serbia and Canada. About 30 companies from the hotel-restaurant-cafe sector will present their products at the culinary exhibition.
