The SoAlive Music Conference (SAMC) will return to Sofia between October 2 to 4 to continue its mission of being a bridge between the musical talents of the Balkans and the leaders of the music industry worldwide, the organizers said.

Concerts, seminars and panel discussions will be held at various locations in the capital - Sofia Live Club, Mixtape5, City Stage and the Azaryan Theater.

The conference part of the event will include Irish musician, critic and author Dr. Martin Clancy, Bulgarian author and Booker Prize winner Georgi Gospodinov, music supervisor, DJ and record producer Thomas Golubic, a four-time Emmy and two-time Grammy nominee, as well as founder and executive director of the Fest Team promoter company Stefan Elenkov, Bulgarian European Commissioner Iliana Ivanova and video game music composer Borislav Slavov.

This year's edition will focus on discussions oriented around the topic of the exponential development of technology and artificial intelligence, and its impact on the world of art and music, the organizers said.

The Bulgarian singer, music manager and founder of the SoAlive music conference, Ruth Koleva, invited representatives of the Bulgarian music industry to join the conversation.
