site.btaTemporary Protection of Displaced Persons from Ukraine in Bulgaria Extended by One Year

The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision amending the Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 144 of 2022 on granting temporary protection to displaced persons from Ukraine, which extends the validity of the temporary protection of displaced persons from Ukraine on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria by one year, starting from 04.03.2025, in accordance with the decision of the European Commission to extend the validity of the Temporary Protection Directive.
