Conditions for hiking in the mountains are currently good with clear weather and little wind, the Mountain Rescue Service with the Bulgarian Red Cross told BTA on Monday morning. Temperatures everywhere are below freezing.
The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology reported that mountaineers can expect sunny weather with mild to moderate west-southwesterly wind. Highs: 6C at 1,200 m, 0C at 2,000 m.
