site.btaGERB-UDF, Democratic Bulgaria Discuss Drafts for Coalition Agreement

GERB-UDF and Democratic Bulgaria (DB) had negotiating teams meet each other in Parliament to present drafts for a coalition agreement, the two political forces reported on their Facebook pages on Monday. The drafts include proposals on the priorities for the country's governance, which include overcoming the crisis in public finances, energy, justice and fighting corruption, upgrading infrastructure in the water sector and a mechanism for decision-making among the participants in governance.

Another point of discussion was GERB-UDF and DB's proposed mechanism for the election of regulatory bodies.

Work on reaching an agreement on a text for a coalition agreement will continue, the two forces said. They reported that a joint meeting between them, BSP - United Left and There Is Such a People will also be held, however, a date is yet to be specified.
