"Our coalition draws attention to all municipalities, not only to those who kiss hands, like it was before us", said CC-DB top-of-the-list candidate in Silistra Bogomil Petkov on Friday.

"Proof of this is that even during [Kiril] Petkov's government, we drafted a municipal projects' programme worth BGN 500 million. The envisaged amount for the Silistra Municipality was BGN 50 million", Petkov said, adding that to date, only contracts for nearly half of this amount have been concluded already.
