site.btaPoor Mountain Hiking Conditions on Friday, Rainfall Expected

The conditions for tourism in the mountains are not good, the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) of the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) told BTA.

Rain is expected in the mountains in Western Bulgaria before noon and the rainy weather will last for the rest of the day, speeding to the east as well. 
The MRS informed that there were no incidents with tourists in the last 24 hours.

The weather in the mountains will be cloudy and rainy, with moderate west-southwesterly wind, said the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology. Highs at an altitude of 1,200 metres will be around 20C, 13C at 2,000 metres.
