On October 27, Bulgaria will be switching back to standard time. At 4:00 am clocks will be set back by one hour, said the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology on its website.

The change of the time between daylight saving time and standard time is regulated by Decree 94 of the Council of Ministers of March 13, 1997.  According to the decree, each year on the last Sunday of October, standard time is introduced, clocks are set back by one hour, and on the last Sunday of March, clocks are set forward by one hour.
