Some 245 voting stations will have machine voting, according to estimates, Central Election Commission Spokesperson Rossitsa Mateva told a news briefing on Tuesday.
In the June 9 elections for national and European Parliament, Bulgarians will vote in 60 countries in 769 sections. In 389 of those, the voting will be in both elections and in the remaining sections the voting will be for Bulgarian Parliament only.
On Wednesday, the Central Election Commission will start consultations with the parliamentary parties and coalitions on the appointment of members to the voting sections abroad. Foreign Ministry officials will participate in those, said Mateva.
The commissions are due to be appointed by May 27.
Six organizations have already registered observers for the elections on June 9.
