site.btaPM Convenes Meeting on Demographic Policy

Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov Friday will be holding a meeting on demographic policy.

The meeting will be attended by representatives of six ministries, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Economic and Social Council, Sofia University of St. Kliment Ohridski, the National Statistical Institute, the National Association of Municipalities in Bulgaria, NGOs and experts in the field.

In late October, the Prime Minister announced that the measures against the demographic crisis were beginning to show the first results.
