site.btaVazrazhdane Receives Chinese Communist Party Delegation

A Chinese Communist Party (CPC) delegation, led by CPC's Central Committee International Department Vice Minister Chen Zhou, visited the head office of the Vazrazhdane party in Sofia on July 30, Vazrazhdane leader Kostadin Kostadinov says in a Facebook post. Chinese Ambassador to Bulgaria Dai Qingli attended the talks.

The delegation was paying a visit here at the invitation of the Bulgarian Socialist Party.

Vazrazhdane and the guests concurred on the need for strategic partnership between Bulgaria and China, particularly in the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Vazrazhdane was invited to send a delegation on an official visit to China. The trip will be made by the end of this year.

Kostadinov says on Facebook: "Where others destroy, Vazrazhdane builds. We have proven on more than one occasion that we can build diplomatic bridges and are the only Bulgarian organization able to maintain contacts with all three centres of power in the world: Moscow, Washington and Beijing. It is therefore very important that we win the next elections! We know how to govern, and we can govern."
