site.btaTurkish Leaders Arrive on Visit to Syria

Turkiye's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, National Defence Minister Yasar Guler and National Intelligence Organization Director Ibrahim Kalin arrived on a visit to Syria on Thursday, Istanbul-headquartered state-owned television TRT Haber reported.

Fidan is expected to meet with Syria's interim President Ahmed Al-Sharaa.

They will discuss latest developments in the Middle East country, including the agreement between Damascus and the Kurdish-led US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces. They will also talk about the clashes between supporters of Bashar al-Assad's ousted regime and the incumbent government, TRT Haber said.
