site.btaTulcea Local Authorities Agree to Build Monument to Bulgarian Freedom-fighter Stefan Karadzha

Realizing the importance of preserving the memory of the beating of Stefan Karadzha (a Bulgarian national hero and freedom fighter) in Tulcea, the Bulgarian Embassy in Bucharest proposed to the Romanian side and reached an agreement with the municipal authorities to place a bust-monument of Stefan Karadzha in a suitable place in the city center, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mariya Gabriel said during question time in Parliament.
